Israel has been planning an operation to blow up pagers in Lebanon for 15 years, the TV channel reports ABC Citing sources.

ABC sources also said the US Central Intelligence Agency considered such operations too risky for civilians and avoided them in its practice.

Later, the Bulgarian State Agency for National Security denied that the Bulgarian company was involved in the supply of these devices.
