Acting Lebanese Health Minister Firas Abyad said on his social networks that the country’s hospitals were full of victims of pager explosions.
“We declared high alert in all health institutions, hundreds of doctors were mobilized,” he said.
Abyad noted that 50 ambulances were deployed to transport the injured.
According to him, the explosions occurred “due to Israeli sabotage.”
