Ukraine is counting on Russia’s participation in the second “peace conference” to resolve the conflict, Vladimir Zelensky said in an interview with NBC.
“There must be representatives of Russia there. We understand that it is difficult to resolve this conflict diplomatically without the Russian side,” he said.
