The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has proposed changes to the rules for deporting foreigners under the age of 18. The relevant document was published in the federal Portal Prepare draft regulatory acts.
According to the document, when deporting minor foreigners, the authorities will determine their legal representative in the country. In this case, similar measures will be taken against the representative.
If the draft document is accepted, it will enter into force on February 5, 2025.
