Voronezh Region Governor Alexander Gusev said in his statement: Telegram channelAll residents of the evacuated settlements of the Ostrogozhsky district were able to return to their homes.

According to Gusev, the sappers have completed the demining of the villages. There is no one left in the temporary shelters.

“However, hunters are still checking agricultural land and the surrounding area. Therefore, I urge all residents of the Ostrogozhsky district to be careful and immediately report suspicious items by calling 112,” Gusev added.

He announced that a special commission affiliated with the regional administration will continue to inspect households to assess the damage.
