Military correspondent Poddubny transferred to burn department 09:08

War correspondent Evgeny Poddubny, injured in the Kursk region, was transferred from intensive care to the burn department. This was reported by the Telegram channel Base.

It was noted that the journalist was gradually recovering, and doctors allowed relatives and friends to visit him.

On August 7, a Ukrainian drone attacked a vehicle in which Poddubny was traveling. He worked in the Kursk region and spoke about the fighting in and around the Sudzhansky district of the region.

Initially, it was reported that the war correspondent had not been saved, but this information was later denied by the head of the Russian State Duma Defense Committee, Dmitry Sablin.

After the attack, the journalist was taken to a hospital in the administrative center of the region, said the Acting Governor of the Kursk Region Alexey Smirnov. Read more about what happened Material from socialbites.ca.
