A series of explosions occurred in the Ukrainian city of Khmelnytskyi. The Ukrainian publication “Public News” reported this on its Telegram channel.
New explosions are also reported in Sumy.
The first report of explosions in the city came at 00:24. An air raid warning has been in effect in the Sumy region for 17 hours.

The Russian military began targeting Ukrainian infrastructure in October 2022, shortly after the Crimean Bridge explosion. Since then, airstrike warnings have been regularly issued in various parts of Ukraine, mostly throughout the country. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, attacks have been carried out on the energy sector, defense industry, military command and communications facilities.
