It is reported that the deputies want to change paragraph 1 of Art. 18 of the law “On the principles of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation.” Now it will sound like this: “Everyone has the right to receive health care both before and after birth.”
The text of the document states that the adoption of the law will increase the responsibility of the state, society and the professional medical community for the health of the unborn child.
