About 10 surface ships of the Baltic Fleet participated in the exercises. The task of air defense (air defense) was to detect and reflect attacks from low-flying small-sized air targets of a false enemy.

About 10 different ships were brought into combat readiness: small missile ships, missile boats, small anti-submarine ships and carriers.

“Following the identification of the objects as ‘hostile’, the unmanned vehicles were ‘destroyed’ by the ships’ air defense systems,” the Baltic Fleet said.

Before that, Baltic Fleet missiles were used during exercises complete Firing from the Bal missile launcher at a sea target. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation noted that during the exercise, the missiles marched, deployed the complex and developed an algorithm for detecting sea targets.
