In June, the average cost of a kit needed for a holiday was 5,153 rubles; this was 8% more expensive than a year ago. This was shown by a study by ATOL analysts, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
The basic set consists of water bottle, external battery, sunscreen and sunscreen, flip-flops and beach towel.
The most expensive item in the travel kit was the external battery, which could be purchased for an average of RUB 1,455; this is 3% more expensive than the cost in June 2022. Russians can buy slate for 1,089 rubles. (+11%), for sunscreen – 788 rubles. (+14%), for beach towels – 681 rubs. (+9%), for sunscreen – 598 rubles. (+9%) and a water bottle – for 543 rubles. (+8%).
Those who like to relax in the water will pay an average of 1,062 rubles for a new inflatable mattress for swimming, and 789 rubles for a large inflatable ring. But Russians who want to dive into the pond with a mask or goggles can buy them for an average of 1,063 and 824 rubles, respectively.
As expected, as summer approaches, the demand for swimming products increases gradually. For example, units sold in May increased by 17% compared to April and almost reached May levels in June (as of June 20).
