  • 150g. frozen cauliflower and broccoli
  • 25g. mini ham cubes
  • 80 ml. béchamel
  • 170g. frozen shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • cheese cubes
  • tomato jelly
  • Walnut
  • 1 tray of fajitas
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  1. Prepare 2 puff pastry dough, pierce it with a fork and divide it into two pieces. Reserve.
  2. Make each of the fillings:
  3. – Puff Pastry with VEGETABLES AND HAM –
  4. Boil broccoli and cauliflower in salted water for 5 minutes.
  5. Sauté the ham cubes in a little oil. Then add the vegetables and cook everything for 2 minutes. Add the bechamel and integrate everything.
  6. Put the vegetable filling on the bottom half of the dough and fold it. After rolling, it is divided into 6 pieces. Repeat the process with the remaining part of the dough.
  7. – MIXED Puff Pastry –
  8. Sauté the shrimps in a little oil until the water is absorbed and set aside.
  9. Fry the garlic in a little oil in another pan. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms before they take color. Let it sit for 2 minutes and add the shrimp again. Season and mix everything for 1 more minute.
  10. Cut half the dough into 8 squares. Stuff them diagonally with the mixed shrimp and mushroom filling. Close the ends by bringing the ends of both ends together.
  11. – FAJISTAS Puff Pastry –
  12. Saute the chicken in little oil. Halfway through, add seasoning to taste, depending on the desired level of spiciness.
  13. Add vegetables and mix everything.
  14. In another half of the puff pastry, make 8 heart-shaped cuts using a mold or knife. Fill the inside with fajita preparation.
  15. -Puff Pastry with CHEESE –
  16. Make 8 more heart-shaped cuts. Put tomato jam, cubed cheese and walnuts into 4 of them.
  17. Place it on top of the other 4 puff pastry hearts and seal the edges with a small fork.
  18. Brush all puff pastry with beaten egg and place in the oven preheated to 200 °C until golden brown. If the bottoms are undercooked, turn them over.
