American officials are not changing their stance on banning Ukraine from using US weapons in attacks deep into Russian territory. This was stated by State Department spokesman Matthew Miller. RIA News.

“We do not encourage or allow attacks outside Ukraine’s borders (with American weapons –,” he said.

Although he maintained his position, Miller declared that “Ukraine has no better support than Washington.”
