Russian woman filed a lawsuit. After evaluating the case, the court decided to evict the tenant, but this decision was appealed. Therefore, Khudyakova has been living in a warehouse for a year and a half.

As of January 1, those who want to rent housing to tourists for less than 100 days must obtain the appropriate license. We are talking about a license obtained from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
