Vegetables are cleaned, washed and properly chopped.
It is cooked separately until soft with a little water and a little salt.
Meanwhile, fry the peeled and finely chopped garlic and onion in oil.
When the onion turns transparent, add the sliced ham and sausages and sauté them all over low heat.
After the vegetables are cooked, drain them well, put them in a saucepan and add the sauce in the pan, the tomato sauce and the broth in which a ladle of green beans was cooked; Heat everything for five minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, and serve very hot.
If you wish, you can decorate it with a few slices of boiled eggs.
