- 300 grams artichokes (heart only)
- 200 grams of tender Aragonese sausage
- 300 grams of carrots
- Make Teruel ham in 200 gram Cubes

- 3 cloves of garlic

- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 200 grams of shelled peas
- 2 tablespoons thick tomato sauce
- 300 grams of white asparagus

- Vegetables are cleaned, washed and properly chopped.
- It is cooked separately until soft with a little water and a little salt.
- Meanwhile, fry the peeled and finely chopped garlic and onion in oil.
- When the onion turns transparent, add the sliced ham and sausages and sauté them all over low heat.
- After the vegetables are cooked, drain them well, put them in a saucepan and add the sauce in the pan, the tomato sauce and the broth in which a ladle of green beans was cooked; Heat everything for five minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, and serve very hot.
- If you wish, you can decorate it with a few slices of boiled eggs.
