Lawyer Ilya Remeslo received a certificate from Rospatent that the slogan “Beautiful Russia of the Future” was registered by him as a trademark. He reported this in his own report telegram channel.
In the broadcast, Remeslo emphasized that it applied to Rospatent to register the brand in 2021. Its review took 2.5 years and the final registration decision was made in February 2024.
“But now we can officially declare – yes, I am the owner of the PRB trademark,” the lawyer emphasized.
According to him, he plans to use it for “generally beneficial and commercial purposes” and has also offered to submit a contractual offer for the use of the trademark.
He emphasized that in the near future he plans to examine violations of FBK’s own rights (recognized by the Ministry of Justice as an extremist organization that performs the functions of foreign agents and is included in the register of organizations banned in Russia). Trademark previously used by fund representatives.
Before that, Rospatent was known registered trademark “Yuri Gagarin”. As can be seen from the document, the copyright owner is the daughter of Soviet cosmonaut Galina Gagarina.
