According to the statement made by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, An-30 was found 70 km from the village of Olenek in Yakutia, those on board were alive, three people were injured.

A criminal case related to the incident was also initiated pursuant to Part 3 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
