Hake and mash – Knowledge

- 1/2 kg thick hake fillet
- 1 kilo of potatoes
- 1/2 kg of carrots
- olive oil
- black or white pepper
- enough gouda cheese
- The fillets are covered with flour and fried in sufficient amount of hot oil. Don’t let them turn brown. Set it aside.
- Cook the potatoes and carrots with a little salt.
- When ready, mash well so that they are like puree.
- In a glass bowl, prepare a layer of puree sprinkled with some pepper.
- Top the hake fillets with a drizzle of olive oil and finally top this delicious dish with gouda cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees until the cheese melts.
