King shrimp ‘Tío Pepe’ – Knowledge

- A box of medium frozen shrimp.
- Olive oil.
- Two cloves of garlic.
- Peppers.
- A glass of Tio Pepe.
- Freshly ground black pepper.
- Salt.
- Defrost and peel the shrimps.
- Put salt and pepper on them.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped garlic together with the pepper, if any.
- Add the red pepper and sauté briefly over the fire (not burnt).
- Add the shrimp tails. Raise the heat and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the Tío Pepe and cook for about 4 minutes until the liquor has evaporated and cooked through.
