- 100 grams of flour
- 50 grams of semolina
- Salt
- a little olive oil
- 1 egg.
- Roll the flour into a round shape.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix gently until the entire mass, which should not be too dry or too wet, is combined.
- Knead for half an hour, cover it with a glass bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Extend into noodles or pasta for stuffing.
