Roasted black truffles – Knowledge
- 4 black truffles, about 30-40 g. each one
- 60 grams bacon
- After the truffles are cleaned, they are wrapped with bacon cut into very thin slices.
- Next, each truffle is placed in a well-moistened paraffin paper, wrapped and covered with hot ashes.
- The wraps are kept in the heat for about 20 minutes until the truffles are soft.
- They are served hot.
