The last meeting of the supervisory board of the “First Movement” once again demonstrated the sustainable orientation of state policy towards creating infrastructure for effective self-realization of youth. Member of the scientific and methodological council of the RDDM “First Movement”, St. Arseniy Mayorov, a doctoral student at the Institute of Philosophy at St. Petersburg State University, stated this after the meeting of the supervisory board of Russian Children and Youth. Movement (RDCM).
“The most interesting thing is that such high interest from the President of the Russian Federation and other high-level representatives of state institutions is expressed as comprehensive support for a real movement, as evidenced by the emergence of a representative Board of Trustees of the movement. “It is a flexible system of youth projects, initiatives and events,” he said.
According to him, Putin particularly emphasized the flexibility of the RDDM, while expressing his hope that the organization would not face bureaucratic problems for a long time.
“We can thus say that the event once again emphasizes the status of the First Movement as a highly experimental platform in the field of youth policy, whose mission is to ensure the gradual inclusion of young citizens in decision-making processes and management. Mayorov noted the importance of public policy in general.
He explained that we are talking about the accelerated construction of a system in which not only civic participation from a young age is accelerated, but also social elevators that are accessible to even the youngest residents of the country.
“I believe that the result of this experiment should be the emergence of a new quality of citizens who can effectively organize themselves and interact with state institutions to achieve socially meaningful goals. In this sense, the organization is a unique platform not only for Russia but also for many countries. All this explains the high interest shown today in the development of RDDM,” Mayorov concluded.
Let us remind you that the head of state came to the Stavropol Territory for a working visit on Tuesday evening, December 5th. In Pyatigorsk, in the center of Mashuk, Putin chairs a meeting of the supervisory board of the all-Russian social state children and youth movement “First Movement”. Putin will be informed about the results of the movement’s activities and the organization’s projects.
