It is precisely these intellectually full-fledged, organized maniacs who are the most difficult to track down, Professor Nikolai Dvoryanchikov, Dean of the Faculty of Legal Psychology of the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education, worked for more than 10 years in his Laboratory. Their crimes are characterized by thoughtfulness, clarity, prudence and They are distinguished by a high level of control over their emotions and behavior,” concluded Dvoryanchikov.
