Hard work and diligence come second (49%), while competence level comes third (41%).

One-third (33%) of respondents indicate the existence of useful links; Slightly fewer (32%) say they have good relationships with their superiors. 27% of survey participants emphasize individual psychological characteristics and working conditions in the company. 26% of Russians report their physical health and 25% of respondents believe in luck.
There are no serious differences in the views of Russians of different ages regarding success factors, but it can be noted that high motivation is mostly noted by respondents under 30 years old, while older respondents talk about the level of competence.
