Court documents say the 56-year-old citizen of Tajikistan was found guilty of violating the Federal Law “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation.”

The Khanty-Mansiysk court found him guilty of administrative offenses, he was fined and forcibly deported from the country and banned from entering Russia for five years. Then, realizing that he would not be allowed to return to his old name, the stranger decided to change it. He obtained a new passport to return to the Russian Federation for work purposes. He planned to cross the border of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation in the Petukhovsky district of the Kurgan region, but was caught.

In court, the defendant admitted his guilt. He was fined 80 thousand rubles for illegally crossing the state border.
