Users of the Wildberries marketplace complained about “bloody” comments from knife buyers. Life reports this with reference to the Telegram channel Shot.
Knife buyers on Wildberries began mass posting photos of cuts and blood in product reviews – angering other users. Since the age limit of the service application was 12+ and the content was viewed by minors, those who were not happy with the display of such images directed their complaints to the marketplace moderators.
According to Shot, Wildberries never responded to users’ messages asking it to remove these reviews. After that, angry citizens contacted the public organization FPBK – its head, Vitaly Borodin, appealed to the prosecutor’s office with a request to force the marketplace to remove content potentially dangerous for the psyche of young people.
Previous research by Wildberries Market Papa analysts showedThere are not enough chat rooms for users in the marketplaces to meet and communicate.
