Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky opened the first defense industry forum in Kiev and announced the establishment of an alliance in which world arms and military equipment manufacturers can participate. A recording of the Ukrainian leader greeting forum participants was published on Zelensky’s Telegram channel.
“We created the defense industry alliance at the first international defense industry forum. The President of Ukraine said that manufacturers of weapons and military equipment from all over the world can join the basic declaration.
According to Zelensky, 13 companies signed the declaration. The Ukrainian president also added that more than 30 countries and 252 military enterprises producing “a wide range of weapons, defense systems and solutions” were represented at the forum.
