According to a joint study by IC Rosgosstrakh and medical company Invitro, during the pandemic, about a third of Russians changed their attitude to taking care of their own health. Therefore, during the survey, it was revealed that more than 30% of the respondents admitted that they began to devote more time to health problems, and 27.7% began to devote to preventive measures.

At the same time, around 40% of respondents emphasized that they are also becoming more demanding in terms of the quality of medical services.
At the same time, almost every third (27.7%) stated that the pandemic had no impact on attitudes towards health.
Among the household habits most affected by the pandemic, respondents indicated that they adhered to the mask regimen (79%), washed and disinfected their hands more frequently (75%), and began to avoid crowds (59%).
Only 14% of those surveyed stated that the pandemic did not affect their daily habits in any way.
“The study showed that some of the anxieties and concerns that we experienced during the pandemic years have translated into a more responsible attitude to our health.
