El Corte Ingles will have its first hotel in Madrid

Parcels with Calle de Goya number 89 and Calle del Conde de Peñalver number 3, as resources from the region were transferred to Europa Press.

Affected buildings will be used for tertiary accommodation use only, maintaining commercial tertiary use on ground and first floors.

The conversion will also improve accessibility, barrier removal and fire safety conditions for the entire building.

Farms under this Special Plan are included in the 2nd ring of the Special Accommodation Plan (PEH), which was approved in the last mandate in March 2019.

The implementation of hotel use in these buildings complies with these regulations, as the PEH determines that the parcels with existing residential buildings are occupancy level B or C (in this case C) and protection level 3 or non-cataloged. , the use of tertiary services can be implemented in the hosting class.
