Spain removed the requirement for a vaccination certificate to cross the border, now all tourists can enter the country with PCR tests. portal reports Information.
“From 21 May, non-EU citizens entering Spain by sea or air can only present a certificate on arrival containing a PCR or antigen test performed 72 and 24 hours prior to travel, respectively,” the message said.
You can also enter the country with a vaccination certificate approved by the Spanish Ministry of Health or a coronavirus certificate transferred within 180 days. Children under 12 do not need any certificates or certificates.
“Similarly, passengers arriving by sea, as well as passengers arriving at airports with an EU Covid digital certificate or the European Commission-recognised equivalent, will not be required to complete the SPTH health check form,” the portal writes.
The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism announced that the new rule “loosens” the conditions for keeping tourists from non-EU countries equal with citizens of the European Union and relevant Schengen countries before the tourist season.
