Japan and the US may sign a document to send Japanese astronauts to the moon

Japanese and US officials plan to sign a document to send Japanese astronauts to the moon. This has been reported TASS.

The agreement is expected to be signed during President Joe Biden’s visit to Tokyo.

The document will also reflect Tokyo and Washington’s intentions to sign an agreement in space next year designed for several decades.

In January last year, it became known that NASA and the Japanese government formalized a partnership for the exploration and exploration of the moon under the Artemis program. Under this agreement, Japan will provide basic life support capabilities and various capabilities for the module, which will provide additional space for the crew to live, work and research during Artemis missions.

NASA last year afflicted successful tests of the central block of the rocket for the flight to the moon.

Previously at the White House reportedHe said the DPRK could conduct a missile or nuclear test during Biden’s trip to Asia.
