28,000 Russian soldiers died in Ukraine
The Ukrainian Armed Forces estimates that the number of Russian soldiers killed since the start of the war, liberated by the invasion order issued by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, is approximately 28,000 this Tuesday.
The Ukrainian Army General Staff, in a message published on its official account on the social network Facebook, emphasized that “about 27,900” Russian soldiers have died so far, 200 more than the balance published the previous day.
He also said that since the start of the war, 1,235 battle tanks, 578 artillery systems, 198 self-propelled and armored multiple rocket launchers, 201 aircraft and 167 helicopters have been destroyed.
On the other hand, it was stated that 90 anti-aircraft defense systems, 2 thousand 109 vehicles and fuel tanks, 13 boats and 436 unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed, and 97 cruise missiles were shot down.
“The Russian enemy suffered the greatest losses in the last day on the Lyman and Zaporizhia directions,” he wrote in his message. “Updating data. Hit the invader. Let’s win together. Our strength is real,” he said.
