Four different salad recipes so you don’t get bored

It’s salad time but not boredom at the table. The typical mixed salad is gone. Today, we offer you different suggestions for preparing light and delicious recipes that are ideal for losing weight without being hungry.

Contents

  • A packet of lettuce mix

  • 400 grams boiled shrimp

  • Eight crab sticks

  • two salad tomatoes

  • a ripe avocado

  • two eggs

  • Cook the eggs so that the yolks are completely cut off. Then let it cool.

  • Wash the lettuce with julienne and let it drain by draining the water. Garnish with oil, vinegar and salt.

  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Do the same with the avocado and egg.

  • Trim off all the shrimps except a couple that will be used for garnishing.

  • Mix all the ingredients except the lettuce and add the oil and salt.

  • To serve, top with a bed of lettuce and remaining ingredients.

  • Oil, salt and pepper

  • To place the cherry tomatoes, put them in a pan with plenty of oil and leave them on medium heat for about an hour. Reserve and let cool.

  • Roast the pine nuts in a pan over medium heat.

  • Place the burrata in the center of a plate and place the lettuce mix and candied cherry tomatoes around it.

  • Garnish with pine nuts and basil leaves.

  • Garnish with oil, salt and pepper.

  • Slice the stale bread and fry in a frying pan in plenty of oil until golden brown.

  • Chop the thyme.

  • Peel the pomegranate peel.

  • Cut the lettuce in julienne.

  • Place the bread and partridge on it and garnish with pomegranate.

  • 30 grams of seed mix

  • 30 grams of raisins

  • 20 grams of honey

  • apple cider vinegar

  • Steam the broccoli for four minutes to make it al dente.

  • Fry the seed mixture in a pan.

  • Mix broccoli with seeds, raisins and crispy onions.

  • Prepare vinaigrette with honey, vinegar, salt and pepper.

  • Add vinaigrette to the preparation with broccoli.

  • Take it on a tray and put the bacon slices on it.
