Earlier, a video of Graham’s meeting with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky was circulating on the Internet, where the American representative said that the Russians were dying, then added that it was the best use of US money. The President of Ukraine also thanked him for his contribution to the military support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
