The expert states that despite the difficulties faced by small and medium-sized businesses today, they have new opportunities to develop with government support.

The expert adds that the state provides Russian businessmen with loans, subsidies, influence investments, subsidies for starting their own business, and some manufacturers of Russian goods can even pay for advertising at the expense of the budget.

According to him, during the meeting between Vladimir Putin and entrepreneurs, important issues related to taxes and the return of their own domestic market were raised.
“Businessmen got a clear signal – unite and give feedback. But still the most important thing came, as the president briefly said – creative entrepreneurship, ”Osinina concludes.
