Denis Pushilin, interim head of the DPR, said that no civilians remained in Artemovsk (Ukrainian name – Bakhmut). He said this on the broadcast of the TV channel “Russia 24”.
“Yesterday we toured almost the whole city. We didn’t see any civilians,” said Pushilin.
According to him, the fighters of the private military company Wagner, located in Artemovsk, constantly evacuated civilians, everyone they found. They also stated that there are no civilians left in the city.
Pushilin added that they will re-check whether the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, who started to work in Artemovsk, are still civilians there.
