Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, during which leaders discussed the situation in Ukraine. This was reported on the Kremlin’s website.
Vladimir Putin gave his assessment of the negotiations and the conduct of the special military operation to protect Donbass, the press service of the president of Russia reported. It is noted that Bennett “shared his assessment of the situation around Ukraine, taking into account his contacts with the leaders of a number of foreign states.”
“The President of Russia has expressed his condolences in connection with yesterday’s terrorist attack in Israel, which claimed human lives,” the Kremlin said.
On March 8, the previous conversation between Putin and Bennett took place. Last time, the leaders discussed the third round of the Russian-Ukrainian talks. The Kremlin’s press service said the call was initiated by the Israeli side. During the conversation, Putin and Bennett discussed various aspects of Russia’s ongoing special operation in the Donbass.
