“Through the Kupyansk settlement, there is a movement of a large number of military units belonging to the armed formations of Ukraine,” said Marochko.
He noted that some of the Ukrainian troops were advancing towards Novoselovsky, which was on the contact line, and some towards Izyum.
Marochko added that, according to his data, the road between Izyum and Slavyansk is literally “clogged” with the military equipment and manpower of the Ukrainian armed forces.
