According to him, these standards are currently under development.

Piskarev suggested that this document should contain uniform requirements for private security agencies that protect schools, and that attention should be paid to whether their employees have vocational training or qualifications in the field of counter-terrorism protection.

He added that in order to implement these and other recommendations, the issue of establishing a working group to improve the legislation in the field of ensuring the safety of educational institutions will be discussed.
