The US State Department approved the sale of missiles to Finland for the Stinger MANPADS. RIA Novosti, citing the Defense Cooperation Agency, writes that the cost of the deal was $380 million.
FIM-92K Stinger are portable missiles.
The agency said Finnish authorities had requested 350 missiles and five flight tests.
