Miami-Dade County Police announced Wednesday the arrest of Darrell Hobley, who is charged with manslaughter, possession of a firearm by a minor, and improper display of a firearm. According to authorities, the late Mekhi Stevenson, her 15-year-old brother and three other friends were in a room of a house.
