There are more plaintiffs in the new version of the lawsuit – seven more investors who have invested in Dogecoin have joined the first group of people dissatisfied with Musk’s actions. At the same time, the list of defendants expanded. If it previously included Elon Musk, Tesla, and SpaceX, there are now six more.

Some wording of the accusation has also changed. The plaintiffs allege that Musk and his companies deliberately increased the value of Dogecoin by 36,000% and then allowed it to peak. Allegedly, Musk and his partners initially knew that Dogecoin had no real value, but continued to promote and invest in it, attracting other investors.
