The cost of iPhones imported into Russia through parallel imports decreased by 30% compared to last month. This was reported by Izvestia.

So, the iPhone 13 Pro Max in the maximum configuration for 1 TB began to cost 179,990 rubles, in July it was sold for 245,990 rubles, newspaper notes.

Models with 128 GB also fell in price, on average their price fell by 20 thousand rubles.

MegaFon’s director of sales, David Borzilov, confirmed to the publication that iPhone prices have indeed dropped. He attributed this to the strengthening of the ruble.

Tele2 press secretary Daria Kolesnikova said that the construction of new supply chains also affected the fall in smartphone prices.

Shamil Baigin, Acting Press Secretary of MTS, explained that the cost of the iPhone is constantly changing, influenced by consumer demand, purchase prices and other factors.

According to experts, two more reasons for the decline in prices for Apple smartphones were the lowered demand from buyers and the reduced trust in the company due to restrictions on users in Russia.

The decline in iPhone prices was also seen in the gray market. Now the iPhone 13 Pro Max with 128 GB of memory can be found for 80 thousand rubles and within 115 thousand the most expensive equipment you can buy.

In June at Russian authorized Apple service centers appeared Lack of parts needed to repair iPhone.
