Almost every second (46%) working in Russia was upset that they had no IT connection and could not take advantage of the benefits available to IT professionals within the country. Such data is provided in a survey conducted by the NAFI Analytical Center for socialbites.ca.

According to the study, more than half of Russians (56%) have heard of government support measures for the IT industry, such as deferrals and preferential mortgages from the military.

At the same time, a third of working Russians (36%) expressed a desire to receive an appropriate education to benefit from support measures. Most often, this is said by those who rate their financial situation as excellent (84%).

“It is important that there are more initiatives to support the industry, because any advantage available to IT professionals further increases the attractiveness of the profession and the flow of high-quality staff,” says Elena Guseva, head of NAFI Analytics research projects. Centre.
