Chinese company Xiaomi introduced the Xiaomi MiGu headband, which will allow users to control the elements of a smart home with the power of thought, informs ITHhome portal.

According to the company, MiGu Headband is the project that won the third Xiaomi Group online hackathon. The device will not only allow users to control their smart home using their brain waves, but will also be able to track fatigue like while driving.

The developers of the MiGu Headband equipped the headband with three sensors that read electrical signals sent by the brain. In addition, the gadget can perform user electroencephalography.

It has not been reported whether the Xiaomi MiGu Headband will go on sale.

Formerly socialbites.ca saidXiaomi introduced smart glasses with Micro OLED screen and video recording feature. The gadget is equipped with a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera with electronic image stabilization, as well as a periscope telephoto lens with 5x 8-megapixel zoom.
