Popular Russian video blogger Ilya Maddison believes that for a comfortable life in Moscow you need a monthly income of about one million rubles. He talked about this in an interview with socialbites.ca.

“For a comfortable life in Moscow you need about a million rubles a month, that is, ten thousand dollars at the current exchange rate. Yes, life will not be luxurious, but it will be bearable. Anything less is survival,” the blogger said.

Moreover, for a comfortable life in the USA, where Maddison currently lives, he will need a regular income at least three times that in Russia. A monthly income of 5 million rubles, or more precisely 50 thousand dollars, will allow him to live a “better” life. The blogger also admitted that he was saving money to start a business in the USA.

“Which one will I choose right now? [бизнес] I will invest money, but in any case, I will be in the position of the so-called “boar” who recruits hardworking workers and forces them to work. “I will not work myself,” he explained.
