The main one is low quality drivers. The card has been reported to be unstable not only in games but also on the Windows desktop.
The performance of the Arc A380 is roughly equivalent to the level of the GeForce GTX 1650 and Radeon RX 6400. However, the optimization of a particular game for the card plays a role here. Also, as it turned out, the novelty can be overclocked, after which it reaches a higher level of performance.
