Russians start using neural networks to find jobs

At least 18 percent of Russians have used neural networks at least once to more effectively search for a new position. reports The Russian RT publication cited research by the companies “Rabota.ru” and “SberPodbor”.

Of those surveyed, 18 percent admitted that they frequently use AI capabilities, 6 percent that they rarely use them, and 7 percent that they encounter them only a few times. The remaining 82% of those surveyed did not use AI-based tools for their job search.

The study also showed that AI-based tools are used most often by IT specialists (9%) and construction workers (8%). On the contrary, they are used less by employees in the field of trade (8%) and personnel management (7%). In addition, 39% of respondents use translators, and 35% use text generators such as ChatGPT, GigaChat and YandexGPT.

Other findings from the study show that 16% of participants used AI-based tools during interviews or interviews, and the same percentage worked with a bot to transcribe audio recordings. Additionally, 8% used image generators such as Midjourney and Kandinsky.

More than 3.5 thousand participants participated in the study.
