Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Nio has announced a bonus when purchasing a car in the form of its branded flagship smartphone Nio Phone. In this respect reports ArenaEV portal.
Nio Phone has a 6.81-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, 120Hz adaptive frequency, and 1800 nits peak brightness. The performance of the device is powered by the 2022 flagship chip Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and its camera is represented by three 50-megapixel sensors: main sensor, ultra-wide-angle sensor and telephoto lens with periscope (2.8x zoom).
The 5,200mAh battery supports 66W fast charging and 50W wireless charging, which are also integrated into Nio cars.
Nio Phone is sold in China at prices starting from 6.5 thousand yuan (about 82.6 thousand rubles), but the device will be given as a gift when purchasing a car from the brand. The device is designed as part of the Nio ecosystem and offers more than 30 unique features to customize and control your car. For example, you can configure the doors to unlock automatically when a driver with a smartphone approaches the electric vehicle.
