The trailer of the canceled multiplayer game Spider-Man: The Great Web, developed by Insomniac Games, was leaked online. According to Reddit user TravlsScott, who shared the video, found among the data leaked from the studio late last year.

The trailer showcases in-game moments featuring not only Peter Parker and Miles Morales, but also other characters such as Venom and Spider-Gwen. The game apparently featured cooperative play for a group of five players and featured action scenes not only in New York but also in parallel dimensions. For example, one of the scenes shows a world made in the style of cartoon series of the last century.

Additionally, TravlsScott noted that the video was voiced by Yuri Lowenthal, who is known for voicing and playing Peter Parker in Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man games.

Information about the canceled project first emerged in December last year, when concept art and screenshots of the game were published on the internet. Official reasons for stopping development have not yet been announced. In a previously leaked presentation, the game is compared to GTA Online. The first four seasons planned for the year of release were devoted to the conflicts between Venom, Mysterio, the Lizard, and Nall, the leader of the symbiotes.

Previously on consoles launched STALKER: Legends of the Territory Trilogy.
